Christmas Cookies

 

Over the Christmas break I made cookie boxes for my friends and family. This was such a fun but slightly stressful experience. I made ten types of cookies as well as two pretzels' snacks. I made Red Velvet and Chocolate Crinkle Cookies, Hershey Kiss Cookies, Linzer Tarts, Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies, Checkerboard Shortbread, Candy Cane Cookies, Rainbow Cookies, Christmas Tree Sugar Cookies, Swirled Sugar Cookies, and two types of Pretzels. I am so proud of what I was able to accomplish. Overall, I will definitely be doing this again next year. However, I will not be making some of the cookies again. In addition, I will be starting much earlier. I started on December 23rd which was very late and cut into Christmas Day. I think starter earlier will help out a lot.

 Hello Everyone, So far, I am really enjoying the process of blogging. I think it is a great way to share thoughts and feelings as well as what I am doing in my life.
